Our stay was filled with fun activities for the kids, from turtle conservation programs to plenty of organized games. The themed dinners at El Volcan were a unique touch, especially the magical show we enjoyed.

The superior double room with a sea view was a dream! 🌊 The bungalow-style accommodation just by the beachfront made our mornings so special, sipping coffee on the terrace. 💖 With unique themed restaurants like the Volcan and the 'Oh Dinner' cabaret, dining was an lovely experience, fresh seafood and entertainment rolled into one!

The Vulcan restaurant’s service was on point, serving up delicious dishes every night, though a few new breakfast items would have been the cherry on top. Also, major kudos to the reception staff—super friendly and always willing to help with taxi calls.

My biggest pet peeve here was the shower fiasco. the setup was so complicated, I nearly had a meltdown trying to figure it out. Plus, the room I booked was labeled 'superior', but it felt more like just standard fare. That pesky key card kept failing on me too, making the long walks back to reception a real buzzkill.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the dining options that included the exceptional Volcan restaurant, where the service was top-notch and the menu was a delightful experience. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive too, with well-maintained grounds that added to its charm. The evening entertainment at the Piano Bar provided a fantastic atmosphere to unwind after a day in the sun. However, the buffet service could be improved as it often felt overwhelmed during peak hours.

The vast resort offers an impressive variety of food with options like burgers, hot dogs, and delicious local produce. Enjoying a drink at the Piano bar while being greeted by friendly staff was a highlight. However, the difficulty in ordering drinks during the buffet meals was frustrating, and the limited cocktail options at the a la carte restaurants felt restrictive compared to other all-inclusive experiences.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with spacious areas, making it accessible for seniors. I particularly appreciated the lovely sea views and the comfortable seating in the lounge, which provided a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

More shaded areas by the pools would be beneficial.
